(she/her/hers)
Hello my name is Brooke! I am an inclusive therapist that celebrates all identities, abilities, and bodies! I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages, but have specific experience with children and young adults (ages 8-30). I work from an integrated person-centered, strengths-based, and emotionally-focused lens. It is not my job to judge your life, but rather to meet you where you are and help you find the path to where you want to be. I am flexible and extremely collaborative when it comes to meeting client needs. I will follow where you lead and point out some important things I notice along the way. When I do guide, it is to initiate and mediate difficult, healing conversations within and between people. I hold hope and optimism for those that can’t find it in themselves and I believe in everyone’s capacity for growth and change.
I obtained my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University, and my Bachelors in Psychology from Westmont College. I have been honored to work with people from all different walks of life over the past 3 years and I sincerely look forward to the opportunity to work with you as well!
