(she/her/hers)
I am a LGBTQUIA2+ affirmative and empathetic therapist who works with all age groups (children, teens, adults) and couples. While I operate mostly from a humanistic, existential, and person-centered lens, I use an eclectic therapeutic framework, utilizing various evidence-based counseling techniques in order to meet clients’ individualized needs. I build trusting, collaborative relationships with clients and aim to find a balance of nurturance and challenge in order for clients to meet their treatment goals. I received my master’s and educational specialist degree in School Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, with an embedded Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential and a specialization in Clinical and Educationally Related Mental Health Counseling. For the past 7 years I have worked in the field of behavioral health across private and public settings with people-mostly children and teens-who struggle with learning and developmental disabilities (Autism, etc.), behavioral issues (ADD/ODD), and emotional disorders (anxiety/depression/complex trauma).
I look forward to holding a safe, authentic space for you to process your experience and expand awareness, as you heal from trauma or any unaddressed emotional pain.
