Dr. Reeves was an Associate Faculty, Assistant Professor Faculty at National University in the MFT and LPCC programs. She is CEO of the The Multicultural Academy in Tustin, CA. Dr. Reeves is a Licensed Clinical Supervisor, as well as a consultant for Domestic Violence Shelters.

Clinically, Dr. Reeves has experience working with issues that arise in adolescence such as depression, anxiety, ADHD and adults/children who are victims of crime. She has provided play therapy, art therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Trauma Focused Therapy with children and families.

Dr. Reeves has provided Individual therapy for a diverse range of clients and has facilitated Adult group therapy for substance-abuse, parenting, in-patient copings skills, relationships and depression. She has extensive experience in crisis intervention as well as providing psychotherapy to individuals, families and various groups.

Dr. Reeves has experience with Psychological Testing including: Cognitive & Intellectual testing as well as personality and subjective testing.

Dr. Reeves understands how to support the unique needs of the individual as well as the family and how to work effectively within the family system and its many interdependencies.

Dr. Reeves worked as a Program Director for a County Contract Program that specialized in Transitional Aged Youth (TAYs).

She is co-founder of The The Multicultural Academy, in Tustin, California, which has been in existence since November 2015. Dr. Reeves is founder and CEO of Diamond Cultural Healing & Consulting Center that was founded to provide a safe space for individuals to heal who suffers from complex Trauma, depression, low self-esteem and PTSD, among other related mental illness. Individuals suffering from Sexual Assault, Human Trafficking, Domestic Violence and other relate mental illnesses are provided high quality care from psychotherapists. She is also the founder and CEO of The Multicultural Therapy Academy, a nonprofit organization that provides training to Associates, Interns, Psych Ass’t Masters Social Workers and Marriage Family Therapist. The organization’s mission is to provide the highest quality of psychotherapy to the communities at an affordable fees and in a private practice setting. It will provide unique training program for students of psychotherapy in which they will learn to recognize and understand critical role of their own character structures in the essential therapeutic relationships with their clients.
