Ms. Robinson has been in Healthcare since 1994, in the following capacities: Hospital Policy and Procedures Coordinator, Nurse Educator, Administrative Assistant, Contract Coordinator and Provider Relations Representative at multiple IPA’s in Orange County. As a Provider Relations Representative she has trained physicians and their staff on Claims processing, CMS standards and HIPAA Compliance. Ms. Robinson has completed her training for a Certified Coder, via the Coding Source. In recent years she has transitioned into Education where she has assisted with the placement of LVN’s, Dental Assistants, Medical Billers, Business Office Administration, in addition to being a Medical Biller Instructor
